When using value filters in Spreadsheet, dates can be automatically grouped by year and month, making information filtering more efficient and convenient.

Use case

Ding Sanduo is the asset manager at his company and uses DingTalk Spreadsheet daily to log asset check-in and check-out activities. Sometimes he needs to filter older check-in or check-out Records, and reviewing them one by one is highly time-consuming. With this feature, dates are automatically grouped by year and month when applying value filters in DingTalk Spreadsheet, making information filtering more convenient and efficient.
