To make a Spreadsheet look clean and tidy, it’s important to unify or adjust the text alignment within the Spreadsheet. In daily Spreadsheet work, you typically select an entire Record, Column, or the whole Spreadsheet to apply alignment changes in one step—simple and efficient.

Vertical alignment

Align top

Text is aligned to the top of the Cell. Select the target Cell, click Menu > Format at the top, then choose Align > Align Top from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, select the target text and click Align Top in the toolbar for quick adjustment.

Align middle

Text is aligned to the vertical center of the Cell. Select the target Cell, click Menu > Format at the top, then choose Align > Align Middle from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, select the target text and click Align Middle in the toolbar for quick adjustment.

Align bottom

Text is aligned to the bottom of the Cell. Select the target Cell, click Menu > Format at the top, then choose Align > Align Bottom from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, select the target text and click Align Bottom in the toolbar for quick adjustment.

Horizontal alignment

Align Left

Text is aligned to the left side of the Cell. Select the target Cell, click Menu > Format at the top, then choose Align > Align Left from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, select the target text and click Align Left in the toolbar for quick adjustment.

Center Align

Text is aligned to the horizontal center of the Cell. Select the target Cell, click Menu > Format at the top, then choose Align > Center Align from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, select the target text and click Center Align in the toolbar for quick adjustment.

Align Right

Text is aligned to the right side of the Cell. Select the target Cell, click Menu > Format at the top, then choose Align > Align Right from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, select the target text and click Align Right in the toolbar for quick adjustment.
