Documents are often used in daily meetings. Switching a document to Presentation mode delivers the best presentation experience.

Start a presentation

Click the presentation icon in the upper-right corner of the document, or use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + P (Mac: Cmd + Shift + P) to enter Presentation mode.

Switch the presentation style

Presentation mode offers two display styles: scrolling playback and Slides paging mode. Scrolling playback presents the document in a continuous scrolling stream. In Slides paging mode, the document is paginated and presented by document node. In Presentation mode, hover over any spot at the bottom of the screen and click once to bring up the presentation settings panel, then make your selection.

Day/Night mode

Presentation mode supports both day and night display modes. In Presentation mode, hover over any spot at the bottom of the screen and click once to bring up the presentation settings panel, then switch the mode.

View zoom ratio

Presentation mode supports three view sizes: large, medium, and small. At the bottom of Presentation mode, click the icon to switch between view ratios.

Exit the presentation

In the Presentation mode settings, click Exit presentation, or press Esc to exit the presentation.
