How do you engage effectively with your audience during a Live broadcast or presentation? In DingTalk Docs presentation mode, users within the same Organization can scan a QR Code to ask questions in real time. Questions appear on the last slide of the presentation, allowing you to view questions alongside the Body Text and boost audience engagement with ease.

Instructions

Option 1: After entering presentation mode, open the presentation Settings in the bottom toolbar and click Live Interaction. A QR Code appears, which the audience can scan to join the Interaction. Option 2: In the top-right corner of DingTalk Docs, click the arrow next to Present, select Edit presentation slides, click Presentation Settings at the top, and turn On Live Interaction. Once Live Interaction is enabled, viewers can scan the QR Code to ask questions and interact directly. Presenters can view questions while reading the Body Text, making it easy to boost audience engagement. Questions submitted during the session are also displayed on the last slide of the presentation.
