Pair it with the Presentation mode (Ctrl+Shift+P) in DingTalk Docs and the result is simply stunning — colleagues may even ask if you made it in PPT 🤭 Key features you’ll need: Column layout and Highlight block Step-by-step tutorial:
  1. Create a new DingTalk Docs document.
  2. Click “Quick column layout” under the Insert menu and choose the number of columns based on your content.
  3. If your diagram includes content that spans the full width, insert a “Highlight block”.
  4. Hover over the colored block and click the color palette icon to set your preferred background and font colors for the Highlight block and columns.
