With Quick Meeting, you can fill in meeting minutes directly after the meeting ends, while keeping task follow-ups on track—boosting your efficiency in an instant. ➡️ When creating a Quick Meeting, you can see Meeting Minutes in the left-hand Table of contents. Write conclusions and to-dos in the Meeting Minutes section to make it easier to summarize and follow up after the meeting. ➡️ To assign tasks, @ the person in charge in the to-do, enter the corresponding to-do content, and select the priority level from the […] menu on the right side of the to-do. Once editing is complete, the to-do is created automatically. ➡️ To view the details of a to-do, click the [arrow icon] on the to-do and select View details.
