On the Meeting Event Card you have created, click Add Agenda to start preparing topics directly. You can also upload local files or insert online documents.
In the agenda title field, enter the topic and type @ + name to assign an owner to the agenda item.
Finally, click Notifications in the upper-right corner of the Quick Meeting page and select Fill in agenda items. Before sending the reminder, confirm the recipients. The system automatically adds the assigned agenda owners as recipients, and you can also remove them manually.
