Holidays piling up? Send greetings in style with Docs—simple, creative, and easy to learn

Part 1: Set up the greeting card background

➡️ Create a new DingTalk Docs file, click the【┇】icon in the top-right corner, then go to Preferences > Create Style. ➡️ Click Menu > View > Document Background in the top-left corner to add a background color. You can also click More Colors and enter a color code to set any background color you like.

Part 2: Design the content layout

➡️ Place your cursor on a blank line, click the【+】icon on the left or type【/】to add columns. Then hover over the target column and click the【Color】button at the top to change the border and background color. ➡️ In one column, type “/tp” to insert an image or GIF, and write your greeting message in the other column. Drag the dividing line between the columns to adjust the layout. ➡️ Likewise, on a blank line, click the【+】icon on the left or type【/】to add a divider. You can adjust its style and thickness to further refine the layout.

Part 3: Insert music to complete your card

➡️ Once the layout is complete, click the … icon in the top-right corner, select Download > High-Definition Long Image, configure the settings as you like, and click【Save Image】. Your simple yet creative static greeting card is ready. ➡️ To add audio, type “/yy” in the document to insert background music, then paste the URL of a song page to complete the setup.
