As the saying goes, a good project plan is the start of success. For working professionals, every plan involves review, summary, planning, and then a report. The steps are many and the process is complex, leaving you frazzled by the end. That said, writing plans is unavoidable. Try a different approach! For example, use Spreadsheet to draft your project plan. It can even be more structured and concise than a regular plan. Take a look at how I use Spreadsheet to build a project plan! Key features used: Merge Cells, fill color, fixed row height, and Add Event Step-by-step tutorial:
  1. Create a new Spreadsheet and define the Outline of your project plan.
  2. In the area where you need to merge cells, Select the relevant range, then right-click or click Merge Cells in the top navigation bar.
  3. To distinguish certain areas with different colors, click Fill Color in the top navigation bar to add a background color to the Cell.
  4. Separate each module with a dedicated Record. To set the row height, Select the rows, right-click, and Customize the row height under Set Row Height.
  5. To Add an Event Reminder in the Spreadsheet, click the [Menu] navigation bar in the upper left, click Insert, and Select Event Reminder. Once configured, the Event syncs to your DingTalk Calendar. Open the DingTalk Calendar to view the Event.
