With this feature, doubling your efficiency in locating document content is no longer a dream. Listen carefully! Today’s lesson guarantees you’ll master it! Key features you can use: Set titles, collapse titles, and Outline view. Step-by-step tutorial:
  1. Find a DingTalk Doc that contains text content.
  2. Based on your document content, format the title sections using the heading fonts in the navigation bar (font size can be customized).
  3. Once all titles are set, click the Menu in the upper-left corner, select View, and turn On the Outline. The outline of the entire document will appear on the right. To quickly navigate, click any title within the outline to jump directly to the corresponding section.
  4. In addition, titles within the document support content collapsing for easier viewing and editing. Hover over the front of a title row, and a triangle icon will appear. Click it to collapse the content under that title, making the document structure clear at a glance.
