  1. Create a new DingTalk Docs file (for meeting scenarios, we recommend the Team collaboration template from the DingTalk Docs template library!)
  2. After opening the document, click Insert in the top navigation bar, select AI Minutes, and click “Start AI Minutes” to begin recording. (You can also record multiple AI Minutes segments within a single document!)
  3. Once recording starts, AI Minutes can transcribe the audio into text in real time. After the meeting ends, you can view all transcribed content and replay the recording.
  4. Insert the text into the document as needed:
- Click Transcript on the right, select the text you want to insert into the document, right-click, and the transcribed content will be inserted into the document.After the meeting ends, a complete set of Meeting Minutes will be right in front of you.
