- Create a new DingTalk Docs file (for meeting scenarios, we recommend the Team collaboration template from the DingTalk Docs template library!)
- After opening the document, click Insert in the top navigation bar, select AI Minutes, and click “Start AI Minutes” to begin recording. (You can also record multiple AI Minutes segments within a single document!)
- Once recording starts, AI Minutes can transcribe the audio into text in real time. After the meeting ends, you can view all transcribed content and replay the recording.
