How to start creating
Desktop entry point: Open DingTalk, click the left navigation to enter “DingTalk Docs”, click “Create”, and select “Whiteboard” to create one. iPad: Open DingTalk, tap “More” on the left, then “Docs”. Creation features
Select an element to edit: change color, resize, move, modify attributes, and more. Drag to move and zoom the canvas. Insert a pen and use the eraser to doodle freely on the canvas. Drag to adjust the line size. ✅ Take notes and annotations ✅ Highlight key points during discussions ✅ Draw fun content Insert a Text Box to enter text, and freely configure its border, background, Font Size, color, and more. Insert a wide range of shapes. The shape library supports basic shapes, math symbols, callouts, buttons, and other rich types, making it easy to efficiently draw flowcharts, business architecture diagrams, milestones, and other common charts. Insert connector lines to create associations between basic shapes. Switch between different arrow styles, and precisely adjust the connector paths. Insert images and flexibly resize them, fill with color, apply border styles, and more. Insert emoji icons to highlight important information and make canvas content more lively and fun. Manage permissions
As with other DingTalk Docs, click ”…” in the upper-right corner of the whiteboard and select “Manage permissions” to set user permissions. Five permission types are supported: Can manage, Can edit, Can view/download, View only, and Remove access.Export and download
Click […] in the upper-right corner of the whiteboard, select [Download to local], then [Download as image] to export the whiteboard content as an image.Presentation features
- Click [Present] in the upper-right corner. All “frames” on the canvas will be played in the order they were inserted.
- To adjust the order, click the arrow next to the Present button to view the presentation path, then drag with the mouse to modify it.
