If you cannot hear the invitation ringtone for a video meeting, first confirm whether someone has invited you to join the video meeting.If You Were Invited but Cannot Receive the Call
This is usually caused by one of the following two situations.DingTalk Call Notifications Are Turned Off
Turn new message reminders on or off:- Mobile: DingTalk mobile homepage > profile picture in the upper-left corner > Settings > New Message Notifications > Voice and Video Call Invitation Notifications.
- Desktop: Profile picture in the upper-right corner > System Settings > Notifications > turn message notification sound on or off.
DingTalk Notifications Are Disabled in Mobile System Settings
You also need to enable DingTalk notification permissions in your phone system settings.- iPhone: Settings > Notifications > DingTalk > turn on Allow Notifications.
- Android: Follow the notification settings for your specific phone model.
