Are There Participant Limits for Video Meetings?

  1. DingTalk provides certified enterprise or organization users with up to 5 Standard meetings for free. Starting October 8, 2024, this is adjusted to 3 Standard meetings. The current maximum is 100 participants per video meeting, and a single meeting can last up to 60 minutes.
  2. DingTalk provides uncertified enterprise or organization users with up to 3 Standard meetings for free. The current maximum is 100 participants per video meeting, and a single meeting can last up to 60 minutes.
  3. If you are an individual user and have not joined an organization, DingTalk provides up to 1 Standard meeting. You are advised to join or create an organization.

Are Video Meetings Free?

The Standard version is currently free, so you can use it with confidence. However, video meetings on non-Wi-Fi networks consume mobile data on 3G, 4G, or 5G networks. For better stability, use Wi-Fi whenever possible.
