Audio content production is one of Vivian’s most important responsibilities. Popular audio dramas on the platform, such as The Age of Awakening and Twilight, are produced under the lead of her department. A thematic content project—from planning and production to launch—often requires cross-department collaboration. IP selection, subject content, audio materials, author information, copyright information, and thematic copy involve different teams. A newly launched thematic project needs promotion. To reach more listeners, teams need to apply for ad slots within the company. The Ximalaya app offers various types of channel pages, carousel banners, and card promotion slots for content produced by different teams to gain exposure. When the operations team applies for ad slots, they need to consolidate multiple sets of information such as the applying department, theme type, launch date, and sales targets. 3. Manage popular IP projects with team spaces to consolidate project content for easy review

Popular IP series planning is a key content initiative at Ximalaya. Hit titles currently online, such as High-IQ Crime and Who Is the Killer, are all carefully produced by the team. Packaging a successful IP project involves collaboration with multiple parties inside and outside the company, including copyright, business, marketing, operations, and R&D. As the producer and project owner, Vivian uses DingTalk Docs Team spaces to create Knowledge Bases for different IPs. Within each Team space, she organizes documents, materials, project progress, and data reports by function, so project members can review them in real time and share through collaboration.

4. Accumulate weekly reports and team knowledge to promote member growth

Vivian uses DingTalk Docs and Team spaces to consolidate and accumulate team weekly reports, monthly reports, and annual summary plans. Every team member also receives weekly and monthly reports from their manager, aligning information across levels, clarifying business goals, and sharing work issues and solutions. New department hires can quickly understand the business by reviewing summary documents accumulated by team members in the Team space, reducing the learning curve and accelerating onboarding.
