Basic Capabilities

YiDA’s basic capabilities offer flexible form-building features, digital approval processes for enterprises, and rich data processing and chart capabilities. Use these capabilities to quickly build personalized apps.
  • Form capabilities provide a wide range of field types. Through data linkage, associated forms, and formula operations, YiDA enables flexible low-code visual design and page building. Two form types are available: regular form and workflow form.
  • The approval process offers rich workflow design capabilities, including adding, deleting, and editing steps, and configuring step approvers, approval rules, conditions, and step actions.
  • YiDA reports provide a wide range of data charts and data processing capabilities, with efficient visualization solutions that deliver data analysis and insights to customers.

System Capabilities

Apps built with YiDA integrate with the DingTalk Organization Structure, allowing you to configure flexible and efficient permission control systems. They also support sending DingTalk message notifications.
  • Manage permissions offers custom permissions configurations to meet flexible and efficient requirements. A layered, hierarchical permissions system ensures aligned responsibilities and unified control over data security.
  • By integrating with the DingTalk Organization Structure and associated organizations, YiDA enables interoperability of roles, workflows, data, and messages across DingTalk organizations and supports cross-organization business collaboration.
  • Through deep integration with DingTalk’s messaging capabilities, apps support flexible notification methods, including Work Notifications, To-Do items, quick card messages, and email, to meet a wide range of business scenarios.

Open Connectivity

YiDA unlocks the underlying capabilities and technologies of Alibaba Cloud and DingTalk, connecting existing enterprise systems with DingTalk to lower the barrier to enterprise digitalization. Powerful connector capabilities:
  • Connect to native DingTalk capabilities such as Work Notifications, To-Do, and attendance. YiDA also supports custom connectors, enabling resource and data integration between DingTalk YiDA and ecosystem or third-party applications.
  • The YiDA platform exposes open APIs to users and ecosystem partners, allowing them to operate on YiDA data and flexibly build apps.

YiDA offers outstanding extensibility and maintainability. It integrates seamlessly with other Alibaba Cloud products to enable data sharing and collaborative work.
