This article introduces the Work Handover feature in YiDA Dedicated, including its use cases and operating steps. YiDA Dedicated further strengthens work handover efficiency in an organization’s data-driven initiatives.

Work Handover

Retrieve and transfer in-progress tasks assigned to a designated user in batch.
  • Available to platform admins (within the management scope authorized to the primary or sub platform admin). For in-progress Approval tasks, in-progress workflows are shown in a list and can be transferred to a designated user in batch.
  • Combined with task management in the Delegation Center, you can selectively transfer long-standing, low-efficiency tasks of the delegator with precision.
  • In-progress task retrieval is currently supported for active employees. Task handling for offboarded employees will be available in a future release.
  • Currently limited to the current organization. Cross-organization and upstream or downstream organization handovers are not yet supported.
When an employee changes roles, the responsibilities and in-progress items of the current role can be transferred to the successor in batch.
