This topic describes how to use the Order Center to view historical sales orders for your apps.
Only YiDA certified service providers can use this feature.

Procedure

Follow these steps to view historical app sales orders.

Step 1

Sign in to the YiDA Workbench.

Click the Platform Management button in the upper-right corner to open the platform management page.

In the left-side menu, select Service Provider > Order Center to open the Order Center. In the Order Center, you can view details such as Purchasing Organization Name, Purchased App Name, Operator, Order Time, App Delivery Status, Page Delivery Status, Edit Permission, Order Details, and Remote Maintenance.
When there are many orders, use one of the following two methods to quickly locate a specific order. Search by operator is not currently supported.
  • Search by purchasing organization name
In the search box, select the purchasing organization name field and enter the organization name to quickly locate the corresponding order.
  • Search by purchased app name
In the search box, select the purchased app name field and enter the app name to quickly locate the corresponding order.
