Overview

With the organization logs feature, platform admins can view sign-in logs, platform logs, app logs, and data operation logs for their organization over the past six months, enabling enterprise-grade low-code platform behavior management.
Organization logs are visible only to platform admins on the Dedicated edition. Filtering, searching, and log exporting are supported to meet enterprise-grade behavior management and auditing needs.

App development logs: • All historical actions on low-code apps are queryable. Examples include app creation, deletion, editing, and publishing, as well as the design and management of pages within apps.
Data operation logs: • Data is a critical organizational asset, and operations on it require close attention. Actions such as bulk data exports, bulk imports, and operations performed through the development platform OpenAPI all support history queries.
Platform logs: • Includes basic information settings for the organization and platform, platform permission settings, account authorization, role management, and data export actions for organization logs. All these historical actions support record queries.
Sign-in logs: • Records of signing in to the system and using the YiDA low-code platform within the organization.

Set export conditions: Configure filters and run the export. Up to 10,000 records can be exported at a time. For larger volumes, use filters to export all data in batches.
Export successful: A DingTalk Work Notification is delivered, and the Excel file is available for download.

After you click the Export logs button, the system immediately starts preparing the file. Once it is ready, the operator is notified via DingTalk Chats. Check for the message.

Only YiDA platform admins can query and export the detailed information in organization logs.
Each data export performed by a platform admin is also recorded in the platform action logs.
The download link for each exported file is valid for seven days. Download it promptly, as expired files are automatically cleaned up.
