The Digital Workspace is a brand-new intelligent office system powered by the YiDA AI Assistant and the YiDA low-code platform. It provides organization-level AI Agent capabilities, a unified portal, an organization-level task center, and a permissions center, all designed to enhance office efficiency and user experience through AI. Compared with traditional OA systems, it supports employees in a more intelligent and autonomous way, boosting overall productivity.

Organization-Level Intelligent Portal

The workspace provides a highly personalized portal that adapts dynamically to user roles, preferences, and behavior patterns, delivering a tailored office entry point for every user. The portal integrates AI capabilities, broadcast cards, and intelligent broadcasts to improve user experience and information access. Portal shortcuts also support independent plug-and-play of organizational app modules.

Unified To-Do Center

The new workspace consolidates the original task center, process center, and delegation center. You can now handle tasks from every app across your organization in one place through the workspace To-Do Center, improving your daily work efficiency.
  • Spreadsheet display: The list mode has been upgraded to a Spreadsheet mode for more structured information display. Actions such as Accept and Decline support one-click approval.
  • Convenient viewing: Viewing to-do tasks is easier, with default badge counts and support for filtering and switching by app.

Space AI Assistant

The Space AI Assistant is built on top of the existing app AI Assistant. Compared with the standard AI Assistant, the Space AI Assistant can automatically detect the data sets of all apps within the Space, enabling cross-form and cross-app intelligent data analysis.

Usage Limits

The Digital Workspace currently has the following limits:
  • The YiDA Digital Workspace is available only in the YiDA Dedicated edition.
  • Each organization can create up to 10 workspaces. Each workspace includes a dedicated AI portal and a dedicated AI Assistant.
