Admin ConsoleThe DingTalk base version must be Professional edition or Dedicated edition.
- YiDA orders placed through the Alibaba Cloud platform do not currently support self-service activation. The self-service activation entry is hidden by default. Contact your account manager to convert and upgrade the order manually (Alibaba Cloud orders cannot be linked).
- If you have purchased a YiDA attachment capacity package separately, the self-service activation entry is hidden by default. Contact your account manager for manual activation.
- After the integration with organization storage is enabled, any future capacity expansion must be ordered through the organization storage side.
Introduction
Customers who have DingTalk Professional edition and have purchased YiDA Professional edition or Dedicated edition on the DingTalk platform are entitled to three key benefits, including the upgrade to share the 1 TB extra-large organization storage capacity granted with DingTalk Professional edition.
| Before upgrading to integrated organization storage | Entry visibility: • To integrate YiDA with DingTalk organization storage capacity, the Organization Super Admin must perform the action on the YiDA Workbench > Platform management page. Attachment capacity meaning: • Numerator: The organization’s total attachment usage as of yesterday. • Denominator: The default component attachment capacity included with the YiDA edition.  |

| After upgrading to integrated organization storage | Entry visibility: • After YiDA is integrated with DingTalk organization storage capacity, both Super Admins and Sub-Admins of the organization can see the Go to organization storage management entry. Attachment capacity meaning: • Numerator: The organization’s real-time total attachment usage. Note: After the upgrade, the numerator may be slightly smaller than the value before the upgrade because some statistical system optimizations were applied during synchronization. • Denominator: The shared organization storage (including the 1 TB space granted with the Professional edition). Configure storage capacity in the DingTalk Admin Console: • Go to DingTalk Admin Console > Organization data > Organization storage to view and modify the storage capacity allocated to YiDA. Purchased plans: • View historical attachment order details. Dedicated capacity: • Configure dedicated organization storage capacity for YiDA. Once configured, this portion of the capacity is used exclusively by YiDA.     |
