Basic Organization Information

You can view the following details here:

Edition information: YiDA currently offers four editions—Free plan, Basic edition, Professional edition, and Dedicated edition. Your organization’s current YiDA edition is displayed here.

Organization name: The name of the organization you are currently signed in to.

Corp ID: A unique identifier assigned by DingTalk to each registered organization, used to identify and distinguish enterprise accounts and ensure data isolation and security.

Corp Token: Also known as the Organization Credential, the Corp Token is a security token used to authenticate and authorize access to organization resources and services.

Domain: The domain used by the organization in YiDA. Paid editions of YiDA include the right to change the second-level domain up to three times. The YiDA Free plan does not currently support second-level domain changes.

Only the second-level domain can be modified. For example, you can customize *** in the domain ***.aliwork.com.

Resource Capacity

The Resource capacity section provides a clear overview of the resources your organization is currently using and the upper limits of your edition.

Resource	Description
Authorized users	The total number of users in your organization who can use YiDA. To increase the number of users, click the Purchase more button below.
Organization Data volume	The total form data available to all apps in your organization. To increase the total Organization Data volume, click the Purchase more button below.
Single Form Data limit	The maximum data volume for a single form. To raise this limit, click the Purchase more button below.
Organization Attachment volume	The cumulative volume of attachments uploaded across the entire YiDA platform by the current organization, including but not limited to form attachments, app icons, multimedia attachments (custom pages), and attachments uploaded but not yet submitted in forms. Note: Certain editions support integration with DingTalk Enterprise Storage for shared capacity. For details, see YiDA integration with DingTalk Enterprise Storage.

Resource	Description
YiDA Data Dashboard	Shows DataV dashboard usage and total available quota. Details
Print	Shows available and total usage of DingTalk Print.
Data Source	Shows the available and total number of files and databases.
E-Sign	Shows the remaining number of signatures. Before using E-Sign, you must activate the service and sign up for an E-Sign account.
Data Preparation	Shows the used and total number of Data Preparation and automated runs.
OCR Recognition (AI Component)	Shows the used and total number of OCR Recognition operations.
