Initiation Permissions

You can configure initiation permissions and Field permissions for the initiation page. Adjust the permission group to Redirect To the Settings page of the workflow form.

Node Field Permissions

  • Field permissions for approvers and handlers
Approver and handler nodes support three permission settings: Edit, Read-only, and Hidden.
  • Field permissions for CC nodes: CC nodes support configuring the View Permission of CC recipients, with two options available: Read-only and Hidden.

Global Permission Settings

Set the default Field permissions in view mode. Adjust the permission group to Redirect To the Settings page of the workflow form. Configure Field permissions globally.
