Who can create, edit, and delete AI Table dashboards?

Without advanced permissions: the AI Table owner, managers, and editors can all create, edit, and delete dashboards. With advanced permissions on: only the owner and managers can.

Which fields can be aggregated or computed?

Counting total records works on all field types. Max, min, average, and sum work only on number and formula fields.

Can I build a dashboard across multiple AI Tables?

Not supported yet.

Can I set permissions for a dashboard separately?

Yes — in AI Table’s advanced permissions, set who can view the dashboard.

Can I create, edit, or delete AI Table dashboards on mobile?

Not yet. Mobile is view-only — for editing, use desktop.
