Once Advanced Permissions is configured, the AI Table Owner or any user with the Manage permission can preview each user’s effective Advanced Permissions. They can browse the current AI Table from the perspective of different roles, verify the configuration is correct, and keep data secure.

Enter preview

After configuring Advanced Permissions and adding the right members, click Save and preview at the bottom-right to enter preview mode. Use the toggle at the top to switch between roles / members and verify your Advanced Permissions setup.

Exit preview

In preview mode, click Exit preview at the top-left to exit.

Q: While I’m in preview, will permission edits made by someone else sync in real time?

A: No. Exit preview, change the permissions, then re-enter to see the updated state.

Q: While I’m in preview, will edits I make to AI Table content actually persist?

A: No. In preview mode, all changes are shown for illustration only. Once you exit preview, those operations and their effects are discarded.
