On the YiDA platform, an app is essentially a business management system built from multiple forms and reports. Think of an app as a factory that hosts different production lines working together to deliver integrated capabilities. Different apps can be combined flexibly to form business management systems of any scale, and apps can also be deeply linked and integrated with one another. YiDA currently offers five ways to create an app. Refer to the documents below to get started.
  • Create an app from a template
  • Create a blank app
  • Create an app from Excel
  • Create an app with AI
  • Create a custom app
  • Add an external link

FAQ

  • Q: What is the maximum number of pages I can create in a single app?
Apps on the Free plan support up to 25 pages. Apps on other plans support up to 500 pages. Keep the number of pages moderate, as too many pages can degrade app performance.
  • Is there a limit on form permission groups within an app? How many permission groups can I configure?
You can create up to 100 permission groups on a standard page. For form pages, the Submit permission group and View permission group each support up to 100 groups.
  • Q: Can activity logs for a YiDA app be exported? Can I view, delete, or modify the records?
  • A: Viewing app activity logs is not supported at this time. You can currently view only page-level save history, and this information cannot be exported.
