This section introduces the categories of functions supported by YiDA Formulas and shows how to apply them in common form-filling scenarios. YiDA currently supports 96 functions in total. Applying these functions flexibly offers several benefits for data collection:
  • Improves form-filling efficiency
For example, if the score is 90 or above, the grade is A; otherwise, it is B. Once the score is entered, the formula automatically determines the grade (A or B).
  • Reduces errors
For example, current stock quantity = inbound quantity - outbound quantity. Once the inbound and outbound quantities are entered, the formula automatically calculates the current stock quantity, preventing manual calculation errors.
