The AI Table Date field stores date and time — with configurable date format and time format. You can also set due reminders to send notifications at a specific time.

Add a Date Field

  1. Click + in the upper-right of the title bar.
  2. Click Field type.
  3. Pick Date.

Set the Date Format

In Display format, pick a format.

Double-click a cell to open the date picker — pick a date.

Set Due Reminders

Double-click a date cell — at the bottom of the date picker, find the Reminder checkbox. Toggle it on, then set recipients, time, and content. Multiple times are supported. Recipients: must be members of the document; you can’t create members ad hoc. Time: if the date has no specific time, the default reminder is 9 AM that day. If the date has a time, the reminder fires at the start, 5 min before, 10 min before, 30 min before, or 1 hour before.
