Steps

Select the app you want to edit and click it to enter the App Management page.

Select the target form, then click Generate data management page.

In the dialog box that appears, set the data management page name, then click Confirm

On the data management page, click Page settings

Select Basic settings, then click Add action

In the Action settings dialog box that appears, configure the following information, then click Confirm

Attribute	Description
Action name	The custom name for the action column button. Maximum 20 characters.
Redirect link	Supports the following two types of redirects: • In-app page: Click the input box to select a page within the app. • External link: A custom external link. Enter the URL directly.
Custom parameter	You can configure custom parameters for redirect links. The following three parameter types are supported: • Constant: Set a fixed value for the parameter carried when the link redirects. • Field: Select a form field from the current data management form. • Formula: Set parameters using formulas. For how to use formulas, see Formula function.
Open method	How the target page opens after the user clicks the action button. • New window: Opens the new page in a new window. • Sidebar: Opens the new page on the right side of the page.

Click Save to complete the configuration.

Return to the data management page to view the configured custom action button.

As shown in the figure below, the custom button has been added successfully.
