In addition, when a Document requires simultaneous Edit by multiple Users, the Share button makes it easy to locate a User’s Team and Add all members at once, eliminating the need to Add them one by one. Confirming schedules in advance and ensuring the effectiveness of Meetings both incur significant costs. With DingTalk, you can create a DingTalk Event to schedule attendance and send Notifications with one click. You can clearly see whether Members have scheduling Conflicts, and you can set Weekly, daily, or other recurring Event Reminders to avoid forgetting Repeated tasks or Weekly Meetings. Colleagues can Share Events with each other so others can easily view their schedules, greatly improving Meeting coordination efficiency.
