Compiling Data was also cumbersome, and work results could not be acknowledged in time. After deploying DingTalk, the Company found that the Work Logs feature not only solved the issue of consolidating Employee reports, but also allowed published Work Logs to be commented on, liked, and shared. This made every Employee’s strengths visible to leaders and provided learning opportunities for other Colleagues. Employees can write daily reports through DingTalk Work Logs and sync them with the mobile App, enabling them to review Data anytime, anywhere and resolve issues promptly. This streamlines managers’ workflow, and Work Logs allow quick traceability of reporting history, making work fully trackable. The feature meets the Company’s needs for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Reminder rules can be flexibly configured to automatically prompt Employees to Submit reports on time, with submission status displayed at a glance. Reported Data is aggregated automatically, and reports can be exported with one click on either mobile or desktop — an excellent option for knowledge retention and review.
