As the Department lead, Nan Kong has worked hard to keep all Employees informed about the Company’s latest news and resources. She had long hoped to build a “Department homepage” to showcase Company updates, but she also knew that building such a website would require significant technical investment. So she chose a lighter approach to reach the same goal. Through exploration, Nan Kong discovered that in DingTalk Docs, a single person can use “Knowledge Group” to build an “HR Shared Center” website! Better yet, Content can be published and updated with zero code. That means just one Employee can complete the task—saving both development and ongoing maintenance costs.
